Fitness equipment and diet pills are not the solution. They can only assist us in maintaining a healthy body. The final solution is disciplining the mind to follow healthy thinking (i.e., as a person thinks, so he becomes, for the most part). All negative thinking, images, and emotions must be expelled from our mind and our thought process. As you can see, this kind of fitness program is rather unique.
